Is Rengoku gonna return in demon slayer season 2 or not?

SPOILERS

Well, most likely, no. But that doesn’t mean that he wouldn’t be there in Demon Slayer 2 for all the people who have watched Demon Slayer’s More Mugen Train.

You would be able to know Kyoguro Rengoku, the Flame Hahira, died by Akaza; of course, it is sad. But that would be in the movie, not in the show.

My choice he won’t be because also, in the manga, only 2 hashira ended up surviving while 7 died; the 2 that survived, Shinazugawa Sanemi and Giyu Tomioka, as they came to know that there were no more than 2, only the Demon Slayer Corps separated. It’s the end of the manga.

Is Rengoku gonna return in demon slayer season 2 or not?

No, the most upbeat Hashira, apart from Uzui, of course, is not going to return.

He died after a fight with the Third Upper Moon, Akaza.

Akaza was a tough opponent for Rengoku, who was already exhausted from defending 5 coaches of the train on his own from the Lower Moon 1, Enmu, who was planning to consume all the passengers.

After that, he also unleashed some attacks so that the train did not flip over too badly.

All this would take a lot out of anyone, let alone Rengoku.

Then Akaza appears out of nowhere and fights a fatigued Rengoku, who still puts up a good fight but, unfortunately, dies in the end.

How strong is Kyojuro Rengoku from Demon Slayer?

[EDIT: I’VE PRETTY MUCH CHANGED MY ENTIRE ANSWER]

[MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED]

Kyojuro Rengoku, the flame Hashira, is a remarkably powerful swordsman, one of the strongest Hashira. As a master of the Breath of Flames, a single strike from his blade can make his opponent’s body explode into cinders.

Rengoku possesses incredible levels of superhuman physicality. As far as strength goes, his attacks carry enough force to jolt a multi-thousand-ton train off its tracks and several feet into the air.

As for speed, this is where he really becomes dangerous. Rengoku has been shown to be capable of moving faster than the eye can perceive. This is apparent visually, but Tanjiro and Inosuke also both stated they couldn’t even see him during his fight against Upper Moon 3, Akaza.

To move faster than the eye can perceive, you have to be moving at roughly 17,500 meters per second, or 38,164 miles per hour. That’s Mach 50, which is 50 times faster than the speed of sound.

As far as combat skill, Rengoku is perhaps one of the most impressive of the Hashira, as he was able to put up a one-on-one fight with Akaza, one of the strongest demons and characters in the series.

Is Rengoku gonna return in demon slayer season 2 or not?

This is significant because not only did he keep this up all night to protect 200 other people, he did it without the use of the demon slayer mark. The demon slayer mark is a mysterious brand that appears on the body of a demon slayer who has awakened their maximum potential through training or combat.

It provided a massive increase in power and speed, and he didn’t have it. And yet, he performed better against an upper moon at base power than any of his fellow Hashira. They all needed the mark to win their battles.

Rengoku may have died of his wounds after the battle, but he successfully warded off Akaza from the other people until dawn, forcing him to flee, which was his only objective.

Tanjiro proclaimed Rengoku the winner of the battle, seeing as he had done everything he was there to do in that fight, while on the other hand, Akaza ran away from it.

At peak strength, Rengoku can unleash attacks powerful enough to emit fiery explosions the size of buildings. With his level of speed and repeatable forms, he could easily demolish a city block if he chose to.

In summary, Rengoku is a highly skilled Mach 50, city block+ level swordsman with fire manipulation. He’s a high tier in his series, and he’d also be a formidable fighter in any other verse of the same level.

If you, say, put him in the My Hero Academia universe, I think he’d make for a great high-ranking hero. In the One Punch Man universe, I think he could even make S-class, as I see him superior to people like Metal Bat and tank-top master already. Rengoku is incredibly strong.

Why did Demon Slayer kill off Rengoku so early?

Rengoku died for your sins.

Every time someone says Kimetsu no Yaiba is overrated, overhyped, or a bad show, God kills a Rengoku.

This is divine punishment for hating on Kimetsu no Yaiba, all you haters. Remember, every time you complain, trash talk this show, post a stupid Tanjiro meme, or say Nezuko is cute but stupid, Rengoku dies.

And I know every single one of you naughty people on Quora who said this show is overrated. So don’t try to talk your way out of it.

Now that that is out of the way, one of Kimetsu no Yaiba’s major themes is the idea of Mono no Aware. Have you watched Aria? Have you watched Natsume Yuujinchou? Have you watched Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou? If you have, you are an expert on Mono no Aware. Or at least, you would be if you had the sensitivity to get something out of these great shows.

Mono no Aware reminds us of the impermanence of all things, the fleetingness of strength and beauty, and the value of the moment because it is forever lost, never to be seen again.

That is Rengoku in a nutshell.

Rengoku is a strong, powerful and beautiful existence, one who was born into life as the perfect example of Noblesse Oblige, of someone who was gifted by the heavens with the strength to protect others less fortunate than him. This was his entire life, what his mother taught him and charged him with as his duty. He was a man for others above all.

But such beauty is never forever. And that is one of the greatest themes of Kimetsu no Yaiba, which consistently reminds us, viewers, how the demon hunters are human, impermanent, and mortal, prone to injury and death.

Once their life is spent, they are gone, unlike their opponents, the oni, who are practically immortal, who never grow old, who heal from any injury and can use their lives to grow stronger and feast on humans forever.

Rengoku died to remind us all that humans are beautiful but impermanent beings who all die someday. But that we should not mourn such passing, for that is simply the way things are.

Mono no Aware.

What is the relationship between Tomioka and Rengoku from “Demon Slayer”?

In the manga/anime, Giyu and Rengoku are not shown to have any interactions whatsoever really. However, in the Kimetsu no Yaiba light novels, which are canon and written by the author themself, they are shown to have a somewhat funny relationship.

Aside from Shinobu, Rengoku is the only one who really bothers to pay him any attention and be friendly with him. He never sees Giyu in a happy mood, so he tries very hard to make him laugh.

He also tries teaching him how to smile. The friendship was quite humorous but never officially shown in the mainstream material of the story.

How strong is Giyu Tomioka in Demon Slayer?

Giyuu is extremely strong for a Hashira.

As a Hashira, Giyu has honed his physical strength to superhuman levels. This is seen when he was holding berserk Demon Nezuko with one hand effortlessly and, later, knocking her unconscious in one strike.

He could break extremely strong ropes tied around his wrists when he was arrested for allegedly committing a crime without effort when talking to Shinobu Kocho. In the Infinity Castle Arc, he pulled Tanjiro as he was falling with one hand.

Giyu is very fast, being able to tie up Inosuke before he even realized what happened. He was also able to cut off Rui’s head in the blink of an eye. When he awakened his mark, he could move so fast that even Akaza had trouble keeping up with him.

He also possesses amazing tactical intellect and wits, being able to cycle through all his swordsmanship forms and keep up with 2 phenomenally powerful Demons and yet win.

He lasted almost an hour fighting Muzan and still survived. This shows that he has attained incredible stamina and endurance as well.

All this shows that he’s probably one of the strongest Hashira out there.

Can Rengoku from Demon Slayers beat Goku?

Hell no. At even super saiyan, that’s too much for Rengoku. But for the sake of the fight, let’s say Goku isn’t a planet buster or anything like that. Let’s put him on an even scale.

Now Goku, I think we can all agree, has this bad habit of giving his opponents handicaps or not going all out in fights till they obviously become too much for him.

But even then, Rengoku just isn’t strong enough. Goku was trained since he was little and isn’t even human, while Rengoku has his limits, and four good blows from Akaza killed him basically.

Is Rengoku gonna return in demon slayer season 2 or not?

Goku’s raw strength would easily overpower Rengoku. Doesn’t even need a sword.

Goku can quite easily catch the blade by channelling ki to his finger. He has done this many times before.

So yeah, he loses pretty badly. Sorry, Rengoku. A better challenge would be See Through The World, Tanjiro. Then we can start talking.

Can Rengoku from Demon Slayers beat Goku?

You want to Rengoku. Against This guy

Goku blitzed the sh!t out of some one who was travelling so fast that the speed of light was near negligible, aka Hit, who stopped time.

What makes you think Rengoku would even last 1 minute against Krillin?

How strong was Tanjiro from Demon Slayer in season 1?

So, first of all, I think Rui is physically stronger than Emnu by a mile.

So, with that being said, I believe that Season 1 Tanjiro (end of Mugen Train) can defeat every Lower Moon in a fair one-to-one.

Without Water Breathing, he wouldn’t be able to, but he doesn’t just have Water Breathing anymore.

He has Hinokimi Kagura, which enhances him to the point where he can drastically chase after Rui and would have defeated him if Rui hadn’t unattached his head.

So, TLDR: Tanjiro is Lower Moon 1 level by the end of the Mugen train but still needs to be Upper Moon level.

Which demon slayers die in Demon Slayer?

(I really hope you’re aware of the fact that this contains manga spoilers-)

We didn’t get introduced to any of the normal demon slayers. So, we can’t really say the names of the men/women who died.

As for the Hashira, the ones dead are:

  1. Insect Pillar, Kocho Shinobu — Killed by Upper Moon 2, Douma
  2. Mist Pillar, Tokito Muichiro — Killed by Upper Moon 1, Kokushibou
  3. Snake Pillar, Iguro Obanai — Killed by Muzan
  4. Stone Pillar, Gyomei Himejima — Killed by Muzan
  5. Love Pillar, Mitsuri Kanroji — Killed by Muzan
  6. Flame Pillar, Kyojuro Rengoku — Killed by upper moon 3, Akaza

This one wasn’t a Hashira and didn’t have a breathing technique, but upper moon 1, Kokushibou also killed Genya Shinazugawa.

Sound Pillar, Tengen Uzui survives but does retire after losing an eye and hand.

Wind Pillar, Sanemi Shinazugawa survives.

Water Pillar, Giyuu Tomioka survives but ends up losing his right arm.

Why is ‘Demon Slayer’ season 2 being cancelled online?

From what I can remember, it’s because of three things.

One: Episode 1, when Tengen pat someone.

Tengen is in his twenties, and Aoi is slightly younger, so that sparked some controversy.

Though it does look bad and is somewhat bad for his character, I don’t think it’s worthy of the show being cancelled. It’s a small little thing, and who cares, really?

Two: Nezuko’s transformation.

Nezuko is… small, and she grew up a bit in episode 7 of Demon Slayer.

Is Rengoku gonna return in demon slayer season 2 or not?

Once again, it’s a transformation. This is quite common in anime, too, so I don’t get why this is such a big deal. Although, I guess this is the downside of Demon Slayer being so big because it brings in careness and critics like crazy.

Three: Daki in general.

For those that don’t already know, Daki, when she was turned into a demon, was 13, and she wears… very revealing clothing.

This is one of the stupidest reasons I have ever heard. Daki is hundreds of years old. Yes, she still acts thirteen, but so what? We have animes where thousands of year-old vampires are lolis. Get over yourselves.

Why is Douma higher ranking than Akaza when Akaza killed someone more powerful and died by someone more powerful?

Real Question: In Demon Slayer, Akaza killed Rengoku and was killed by Tanjiro and Giyu. Douma killed Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke. So then, why is Douma higher ranking than Akaza when Akaza killed someone more powerful and died by someone more powerful?

Akaza and Douma were both powerful demon slayers, but Tanjiro and Giyu killed Akaza, while Kanao and Inosuke killed Douma.

So why is Douma a higher ranking than Akaza?

This is a question that has puzzled many fans of the show.

Some say that it is because Akaza killed someone more powerful, while others say it is because he died by someone more powerful.

However, there is not clear answer.

Whatever the reason may be, it is clear that both of these characters were very powerful and deserved their places in the rankings.

How many seasons of Demon Slayer will there be?

I bet that the Demon Slayer anime will have 4 seasons and 2 movies.

Let me explain:

Demon Slayer consists of 9 arcs, 5 of which are currently covered by the anime.

Season 1 contained the first 3 arcs: the beginning arc, the Mount Naganoro arc, and the hashira meeting arc.

That’s a little longer than can be expected by the other arcs; however, most of the time, the first season of an anime is a little longer in order to build hype and get more people to want to continue watching.

and then Mugan Train, the fourth arc, was, of course, a movie, though it can be counted as the first half of season 2

and then the fifth arc came out as season 2, that being the entertainment district arc, with the sixth, Sword Smith Village, having been announced as season 3

Entertainment District and Sword Smith Village are sort of two and the same; they’re similar in length, and they both have significant time skips before and after, so season 3 should be entirely taken up by SSV.

But after that is where things get interesting;

The final three arcs are the pillar training arc, the infinity castle arc, and the sunrise arc.

The problem with these is that they’re not just separate events with long-time skips in between; they are pretty much just one big thing

So I think the best thing to do here would be to do an attack on Titan style

Have pillar training be the first part of the season and then have Infinity Castle be the second, with Sunrise coming after as either a short final part or a movie

I think a movie would work better considering the popularity of the Mugan train, but it would work as either
