Once they are alive again, feed them a Fountain of Youth elixir (requires Supernatural) or a Young Again potion (requires Generations) to put them back to being a Young Adult. Otherwise, keep feeding them Ambrosia every week or two to have them keep going as an Elder.
Alternatively, have a high-level Witch cast a Reanimation Ritual spell on their tombstone (brings them back as a Zombie), then have the Witch case a Sunlight Charm on the zombie to return them to whatever state they were in before they died (both require Supernatural).
Alternatively, load a game before that “hold my juice” moment and then don’t do it.
